WHIPA EQUIPMENT RENTALS

• Daily Rate = 24 hrs
• Weekend Rate = beginfs Firday 5 PM ends Monday 8 AM
• Weekly Rate = is 5 days ONLY
• Monthly Rate = 30 days (3.5 times the weekly rate)
• Full Rental Amount is Due before delivery
• We Accept cash/zelle & card
• 3% Fee on All Card use
• We DO NOT accept AMEX
• Rates DO NOT include Tax, Damage Waiver, Fuel Charge, or Delivery/Pick-Up
• 5 Gal. of Fuel = $25 WILL be charged in Advance on your contract. If you used less than 5 gal. upon return of the equipment you WILL be credited, if you used more your card on file WILL be charged if you dont pay the Pending amount within 24 hrs.
• New Customers must be present for the Rental.
• Must provide valid ID, Proof of Insurance (on All trailer rentals), & Credit Card.
• Your Credit Card will be used as a deposit in case of any major damage , failure to return on time, rental time extension, or fuel charge.
• CUSTOMER, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING AND SECURING THE EQUIPMENT

FOR SELF HAUL, YOUR TRAILER/TRUCK MUST BE RATED TO CARRY/PULL THE EQUIPMENT 

YOU ARE PICKING UP. 2 CHAINS AND BINDERS. STRAPS CAN BE USED ON SMALL EQUIPMENT
